The fountain can dispense water without WiFi, but WiFi is required for smart features such as app control, hydration data sync, drinking records, and alerts.
What flow modes are available when plugged in or unplugged?
When plugged in, the fountain supports both continuous flow and sensor flow modes. When unplugged and running on battery power, it supports sensor flow mode only to help save power.
What is the cat fountain made of ?
It features a 304 stainless steel drinking tray where pets drink. The water tank use food grade BPA-free ABS for safe, durable, lightweight daily use.
Do I need a subscription to use the fountain?
No. The fountain works normally without a subscription. Basic app features, including water intake tracking and smart reminders, are available without a subscription. Premium plans are optional.
